t+M's return policy

Please carefully review our return policy. We currently do not offer exchanges.

+ Returns received within 21 days of purchase will be refunded to original payment. Returns received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

+ All returned products must be in perfect condition. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained (including makeup & deodorant), smell of fragrance (including perfume & smoke), have pet hair or have been altered in any other way will not be accepted. Original tags must be attached.

+ Any products labeled “final sale” cannot be returned.

+ Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

+ We carefully check the quality and condition of your order before we ship it to you. If there are any quality issues with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours.

+ Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be fully processed.

+ Tenth & Mae is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once a package has left our shop we have no control over it. It is very rare that this occurs but if it does you will need to contact the carrier, of which you selected, to file a claim and resolve any issues.
